CrossFit is not just for elite athletes -- it's for everyday people looking for a fun and challenging workout. All CrossFit workouts can be modified to the appropriate level for beginners and gradually increased over time. We train people of all ages (14+) and physical abilities.  Just stop in and talk to a trainer.  We will be happy to answer any questions.  For those who are not familiar with Olympic-style weight lifting and how to properly perform the exercises, we have a series of on-boarding classes (included with membership).  These are small group classes designed to help you get acquainted with our equipment and movements.


At CrossFit Expressions, we are a diverse group of people - ranging from parents and grandparents to high school and collegiate athletes to desk jockeys and former couch potatoes - all encouraging each other to achieve individual fitness goals.

PRICES
(No long-term contracts)

General rates  
- 1 Month Unlimited classes: $135 +tax  

- On-boarding/Intro/beginner classes:  Free with one month membership.

- 1 Month Unlimited classes for 2 (Join with a friend, 15% Off): $115 +tax

- 10% discount for those who pay for 3 months of classes up front.

- Drop ins are welcome, no fee for first class, $15 after first class.

- Personal training:  
Cost for personal Training vary depending on the coach you train with.
Coach Lemar Kearse ($40/Per Half Hour, $80/Per Hour).

- 15% discount for military, teachers, students, first responders, Sikorsky Aircraft Employees (cannot be combined with other discounts)

Gym Payment Rules
- Month to Month Payment taken out the day an athlete signs up and every month after until that athlete cancels their membership by email, phone, or in person. Cancellations must be made 7 days before monthly due date.



KIDS STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

KSC is a program for kids aged 5-12.  During our kids class, we focus on creating a fun and safe environment.  Movements and workouts are scaled up or down based on each child's needs and abilities.  We are committed to helping everyone reach their full potential at a pace that's appropriate for them.  

KSC is based on functional movements, gymnastics, agility work, and Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting techniques.  The duration of a class is 60 minutes and consists of a warmup, a skill work, a WOD, a game, and a cool-down/relaxation time.  Light weights will only be added in slow and controlled progression and once proper and safe form is achieved.

There is a 10-to-1 limit on the ratio of athletes-to-trainers and a 20 student cap per class.


KSC SCHEDULE

Next cycle starts on June 20th, 2017 and runs for 4 weeks.  Classes are 3:30-4:30pm every Tuesday and 9-10am every Saturday.  Advanced sign-up required.  Contact KidsStrength@gmail.com
