How to get started?
CrossFit isn’t just for elite athletes and body builders (though, it is great for them too). We train people of all ages (14+) and physical abilities. Just stop in and talk to a trainer. We will be happy to answer any questions. For those who are not familiar with Olympic-style weight lifting and how to properly perform the exercises, we have a series of on-boarding classes (Free with paid memebership). These are individual or very small group classes to help you get acquainted with our equipment and movements.

We offer group discounts, if you and your friend/family member want to come sign up together. We are also offering some extremely good promotional rates if you sign up before the end of 2013 – just come in and ask for details!

Unlimited classes: $140/month
Unlimited classes for 2 (couples or 2 friends): $120/month per person
Unlimited classes for groups of 4 or more: $100/month per person
On-boarding classes: (Free with one month membership)
Personal training (for members): $80/hour
Also discounts 10% for military, teachers, students, emergency services
Personal training (for non-members): $120/hour
We offer small group classes led by a certified trainer who will motivate you to perform at your best. Each class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. We strive to bring elite fitness to all individuals, regardless of their current fitness level. Beware, we are not a globo-gym! We have no ellipticals, no smoothie bar, no mirrors, and no excuses!!! Just an intense workout designed daily to suit each individual's needs. It's not easy. You will leave each session feeling exhilarated and exhausted at the same time.
